WARRANTY & REFUND

Can I refund or change to another account after payment?

We do not support refunds after purchasing any accounts on the website. As well as changing the copyright account after we provide it to you

What is the 1 for 1 account warranty?

When the account has a problem during the warranty period, the old account will be disabled. We will create a new account and send it to you via email and be used on time. To perform the 1-for-1 warranty, you need to provide the invoice code you purchased on the website or the login name we provide to you. Testing time & results returned via email within 1-2 working days

Refund for error account?

For accounts that are defective during the period of use when we can no longer provide a replacement account to you, we will refund based on the number of days of use.

For example, if you buy a 6-month account (179 days) but have an error when using it for only 50 days, we will only calculate your 50-day usage amount and refund the remaining amount to you.

For permanent accounts, we will calculate the annual price of that account.

Refund for active accounts?

We do not offer refunds for active accounts or policy violations from the main page, nor for violations of our regulations

How to get warranty when there is a problem with the purchase account?

To check the warranty, please provide the ORDER CODE that was sent via email when purchasing. When we have an ORDER CODE, we will rely on the information in it to check and respond to you.

Is losing my email address during purchase covered by warranty?

We are not responsible for lost purchase emails. Warranty checking only requires the order code, however the 1 for 1 warranty account will be sent to the correct email at the time of purchase and cannot be changed to any other email.
